Florida Building Recertification & Milestone Inspections

priority_high Why it matters
Florida's recertification laws run separate from OSHA, but they flag the same conditions. The statewide Milestone program (FS 553.899) requires residential condos and co-ops three habitable stories or more to pass a structural inspection, and Miami-Dade and Broward run their own county building-safety recertification (structural and electrical). The reviewing engineer documents spalling walkways, corroded railings, failed waterproofing and loose anchors — the exact walking-working-surface conditions OSHA also cites.

construction How La Gala fixes it
Concrete restoration is our core trade. La Gala self-performs the structural concrete, balcony, walkway, waterproofing and railing repairs the recertification requires — coordinated with the engineer's report — so your building passes and stays safe.
